WorkSmarterUSA (“WS”)  was formed in 2004 by Raquel Duck,  who has over 15 years of professional experience in the administrative services field and real estate.  Her work history includes servicing both small businesses and large corporations supporting all levels of management in both administrative and human resource functions.
